Dr. Hermann Schiegg

Dr. Schiegg has worked as a top management consultant since 2001. Dr. Schiegg has been a partner of Santiago GmbH & Co. KG since 2009. He is focused on organizational improvement including management and steering instruments as well as process optimization. He has applied these topics in medium-sized enterprises and in international industrial groups.

 Dr. Schiegg, born 1971, studied mechanical engineering at Technical University Munich in Germany and earned his doctoral degree with his thesis on the organization of development processes.

Dr. Georg Wolters

Dr. Wolters has worked as a top management consultant since 1998. His clients include many Dax-30 companies and large overseas corporations, especially in the energy and life science industries. He focuses on strategy, organization and change management. His work ranges from optimizing corporate centers and developing regional organizations of leading companies to global management of post-merger integration. Dr. Wolters has been a managing partner of Santiago GmbH & Co. KG since 2009.

Before entering the consulting business Dr. Wolters worked for E.ON Ruhrgas AG, Essen, Germany for four years in the field of economic and energy policies.

Dr. Wolters, born 1964, studied economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, Germany and earned his doctoral degree at the Technical University Munich.

Dr. Juan Rigall

Dr. Rigall has worked as a top management consultant since 1996. His clients include numerous companies and market leaders in medium-sized enterprises, especially in the life science industries. His functional expertise lies especially in the area of post-merger integration and optimization of service, sales and R&D organizations. Based on this, he has written many specialist articles on innovative organizational and PMI topics. He is co-founder and managing partner of Santiago GmbH & Co. KG

Before entering the consulting business Dr. Rigall worked in the field of economic research in Switzerland.

Dr. Rigall, born 1968, studied industrial engineering at Darmstadt University of Technology in Germany where he also earned his doctoral degree in economics.

Dr. Alexander Tarlatt

Dr. Tarlatt has worked as a top management consultant since 2000. He is managing partner and co-founder of Santiago GmbH & Co. KG. His areas of expertise include business transformation, post-merger integration, change management, shared service operations, large scale organisational change and innovation.

He has published various articles and books in the fields of organizational development, change management and innovation organization.

Dr. Tarlatt, born 1974, studied business administration at the University of Cologne in Germany where he earned his doctoral degree with his thesis on strategy implementation.

Christian Prinz zu Salm-Horstmar

Christian Prinz zu Salm-Horstmar has worked as a top management consultant since 2001. Mr. Salm has been a managing partner of Santiago GmbH & Co. KG since 2009. His program expertise is in the areas of designing and developing growth organizations. His areas of expertise furthermore include shared services, marketing and sales organizations as well as supply chain management/purchasing.

Mr. Salm, born 1975, studied economics at the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
