In the course of our project work we gain broad and valuable experiences which we like to share with the management community. Our publications are either focussing a specific function, industry or market economy.

Publications

We have summarized our expertise in functional publications. We use two formats: "Executive Vista", "Programs" and "Project Charters".

The study series "Executive Vista" claims to identify top management topics in an early stage and offers precise recommendations on what to do. Profound operational expertise combined with surveys and interviews within the management community are the basis to identify top-of-the-mind topics.. Executive Vista is brief, to the point and serves as inspiration for challenges top and middle management are facing right now. It is supposed to transmit a vista (a distant view or prospect) and encourage discussions.

Santiago “Programs“ and "Project Charter" contain focused methodology for selected challenges. and concentrate our know how in defined products for each function.  Often confronted client problems in our daily consultancy work are analyzed pragmatically.  The presented solutions reflect our project experience.
